The Chef’s Counter at Fort Oak features Chef Brad Wise’s unabashedly bold cooking, along with a front-row seat to catch our award-winning culinary team at work. Limited to just ten guests per night, the menu takes diners on an adventurous journey, one that’s centered around our wood-burning hearth. An optional beverage pairing is highly encouraged. 

Substitutions and modifications will be politely declined.
